We gain a clear understanding of the tasks you wish to outsource, and have a thorough kick off meeting to better understand your company and goals. From there, a retainer contract is created based on the specific tasks you wish to have your virtual assistant manage. Typically the first month there are more questions, than we settle in nicely.
